Grilled Chicken


  • Chicken (Pieces) 500 grams
  • Soya Sauce 4 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Corn Flour 1 tbsp
  • Hilal Cooking Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Sesame Seeds Oil 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste


Take a mixing bowl add 4 tbsp of soya sauce , 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste , 1 tsp of crushed black pepper and 1 tbsp of corn flour , 1tsp of sesame seeds oil and to taste salt mix it well make a marnination. Now add 500 grams chicken and steam the chicken in 20-25 minutes. Take a grill pan add 2-3 tbsp of Hilal Cooking Oil ½ kg of chicken pieces when its cook and grill marks appear on chicken. Now take it out in a serving platter and serve it.
